TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promotion is a prize draw, which is open to Portsmouth Football Club Supporters who apply for a mortgage using Smaart Associates before the 30th of June 2008.
2. To enter the draw, quote "Portsmouth FC" when first contacting Smaart Associates.
3. A completed entry form will be submitted to Portsmouth Football Club by Smaart Associates Limited on submission of your mortgage application.
4. The prize is a signed Portsmouth Football Club Shirt.
5. The prize draw is only open to people aged 18 or over resident in mainland Britain, eligible to apply for mortgage finance.
6. Only one entry per mortgage application is permitted, in the case of the joint mortgage application the first named applicant will be entered into the draw.
7. The closing date for entries is 30th June 2008
8. The winners will be the first five entries drawn at random on 1st July 2008 and will be notified by phone by Portsmouth Football Club.
9. The Prize Draw will be supervised by an independent person.
10. In the event of a winner being unable to accept the prize, upon agreement from Portsmouth Football Club, he/she can nominate a family member or partner to accept the prize on their behalf.
11. The draw is not open to employees of Portsmouth Football Club or Portsmouth FC Financial Services, their subsidiaries, families, agents, their affiliates or anyone involved in the prize draw.

1. The voucher promotion is strictly limited to Portsmouth FC Supporters requesting a mortgage illustration from Smaart Associates dated on
2. or after the 1st March 2008 and who proceed with a full mortgage application via Smaart Associates before close of business on the 30th of
3. June 2008.
4. To qualify for the voucher please quote “Portsmouth FC” when first contacting Smaart Associates.
5. The voucher offer applies to mortgages arranged by Smaart Associates Limited and which complete. Applications made directly to the lender
6. via our website are excluded.
7. Vouchers will be sent by recorded mail within 28-days of the mortgage completion directly from Portsmouth FC.
8. Where the mortgage lender is not paying a commission for the introduction of the mortgage, Smaart Associates are not in a position to process
9. the mortgage application and there will be no entitlement to the voucher.
10. This offer is limited to mortgages arranged in the UK and Northern Ireland only.
